About these terms

These Terms of Use describe your use of the Trading Practice Android app, supporting services, and tradingpractice.app website (the “Service”). “Trading Practice”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to its operator, provisionally listed as Loren Ipsum (placeholder). Final legal identity, address, and jurisdiction are pending as explained above.

This is a pre-release service and these terms will be updated before the public app release. Use the Service only where you are legally permitted to do so. If local law requires a parent or guardian’s permission or acceptance, obtain it before using the Service.

Simulation and virtual funds

Trading Practice is an educational and entertainment simulator. No real-money trades are executed. Orders are simulated and are not transmitted to a brokerage or financial exchange. Using the app does not create an investment, brokerage, custodial, or advisory relationship.

All balances, credits, profits, losses, rewards, and in-app assets are virtual. They cannot be deposited, withdrawn, redeemed for cash, transferred for real-world payment, or exchanged for anything of monetary value. A dollar sign indicates a simulation unit, not money held for you.

Virtual progress and balances may be affected by test resets, rule changes, errors, corrections, or changes to the Service. In a pre-release build, do not rely on progress remaining available indefinitely.

No investment advice

Content, prices, examples, charts, and simulated outcomes are general information for practice. They are not personal investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and are not a recommendation to buy or sell any asset.

Simulation results do not predict actual returns. Live trading involves execution, liquidity, spread, fees, slippage, market gaps, and financial risk that a simulator cannot fully reproduce. A virtual profit is not a promise of future performance. Seek an appropriately qualified professional if you need advice about your circumstances.

Market data and execution

The app may use market data for supported instruments and clearly labelled synthetic prices for other practice scenarios. Instruments, data sources, available directions, and rules depend on the build and configuration. Read the source, status, timestamp, and rules shown in the app.

Quotes and charts can be delayed, incomplete, stale, or unavailable. A tokenised or reference instrument may differ from the underlying security. The Service and its data providers do not guarantee uninterrupted access or suitability for live trading decisions. Website examples are fictional and simplified.

Simulation orders can be rejected or expire. Displayed prices are not an offer to trade an actual asset. Position valuation and automatic closure follow the simulation rules in effect for that position and instrument. Do not use the Service as a live market-data terminal or redistribute its data without the necessary permission.

Guest accounts and local progress

A guest account may be created using an app-generated installation identifier and credential. You are responsible for access to your device. Do not share authentication credentials or attempt to access another person’s account.

The guest credential and pending actions are stored locally. Uninstalling, clearing app data, changing devices, or losing access to that storage may make the same account inaccessible. Account restoration is not guaranteed. A local reset or uninstall does not request deletion of server records.

For support or account deletion, use support@tradingpractice.app and the deletion instructions. We may need to verify ownership before changing or deleting account data.

Rewards and advertisements

Where offered, daily rewards, goals, refills, and bonus-video rewards grant virtual funds only. The app displays the relevant conditions. Availability, amounts, limits, timing, and eligibility can change, subject to applicable law.

Bonus videos are optional and may be unavailable. Watching an ad or receiving a device-side completion message does not itself guarantee a reward: the required verification must succeed. Failed or expired attempts may not receive a reward. Repeating an action does not entitle you to duplicate credits.

Third-party advertising and external services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We do not endorse an advertiser’s products or guarantee its claims. Report inappropriate ads to support.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service unlawfully or in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
• Exploit defects, fabricate ad completions, manipulate rewards or telemetry, or bypass account, rate, or security controls.
• Interfere with availability, send malicious traffic, gain unauthorised access, or collect other users’ information.
• Use the app, brand, or market data to misrepresent a real financial service or a promise of returns.
• Copy or distribute protected software, content, or data except where permitted by the rights holder or mandatory law.

We may investigate abuse, correct affected virtual records, restrict relevant features, or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, or legal obligations. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken.

Content and third parties

The Service’s software, design, text, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Subject to these terms and any applicable open-source licences, we permit personal use of the Service for its intended purpose. This permission does not transfer ownership of the Service.

Third-party names, marks, financial instruments, and market data belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we do not control their content or practices.

Availability and changes

The Service is in development. We may change or discontinue features, instruments, rules, or access, and may perform maintenance or correct errors. Where required, we will give notice of material changes. Internet access, a compatible device, and third-party services may be needed.

We take reasonable care in operating the Service but cannot promise it will always be available, accurate, secure, or error-free. To the extent allowed by law, the pre-release Service is provided on an “as available” basis.

Responsibility and your legal rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for investment decisions or real-world financial losses made in reliance on simulated outcomes, interruptions outside our reasonable control, or loss of local guest access caused by clearing data or losing a device.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any mandatory consumer rights. These terms do not remove protections available to you under the law that applies to you.

Privacy and ending use

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is processed and how to exercise relevant rights. You may stop using the Service at any time. To request deletion of an account and related data, follow the account deletion instructions; uninstalling alone does not submit that request.

Questions, disputes, and updates

Contact support@tradingpractice.app about these terms, errors, restrictions, or disputes. We will try to resolve concerns through support. No mandatory arbitration, exclusive court venue, or specific governing jurisdiction is selected in this pre-release version. Applicable mandatory law and access to competent courts remain unaffected.

We may update these terms as the Service develops. The date at the top shows the current version. Operator details and any proposed jurisdiction provisions will be completed before the public app release; material changes will be communicated where required.
